New to the Craftsman Group in October of 2017, Deanna brings a passion for customer service backed by 17 years of body shop experience - including a stint managing two locations at once for Craftsman Collision. As she climbed the ladder from service representative to manager to general manager, courses from Dale Carnegie and other organizations helped her develop her managerial skills and understanding of the many varieties of personality types she might encounter on the job.
Today we're very pleased to have her positive, passionate and professional personality supervising the 17 staff at our busy, luxury collision centre MB Autoworks that has been serving Calgary drivers since 2008. Off hours, she has been involved with Big Brothers and Sisters, and every winter with her daughters, makes Blessing Bags for the homeless to help them weather the cold. Deanna will be delighted to make your acquaintance -- and your entire vehicle repair process as painless as possible.
