I-CAR, or the "Inter-industry Conference on Auto collision Repair" was founded in 1979 with the goal of improving the safety, quality, and efficiency of the auto repair industry. In order to become I-CAR Certified, our collision shop required all our technicians pass at least 6 hours of I-CAR training within 12 months. In addition, we required at least four "platinum-level" technicians in four key roles. But what does it all mean for you?
