If your Mercedes-Benz has been involved in a collision, you'll need the best collision repair services possible. But with so many repair shops exalting certifications like "I-CAR Gold Class", "BBB-Accredited", and "CCS Recognized", how can you be sure you're getting the best service possible?
Here at MB Autoworks, we are both I-CAR Certified and Mercedes-Benz Certified, but what exactly does that mean for you? Well, in this blog our team of experts will break down these two certifications and explain why they make MB Autoworks the best place to bring your Mercedes-Benz for repair!
I-CAR, or the "Inter-industry Conference on Auto collision Repair" was founded in 1979 with the goal of improving the safety, quality, and efficiency of the auto repair industry. In order to become I-CAR Certified, our collision shop required all our technicians pass at least 6 hours of I-CAR training within 12 months. In addition, we required at least four "platinum-level" technicians in four key roles. But what does it all mean for you? Thanks to our I-CAR Certification, we can now repair your vehicle more quickly and at a higher level of quality than before. And because all of our technicians have received I-CAR training, you can rest assured that your Mercedes-Benz is in good hands.
